Enter the email you used to register your EGG and upload 2-3 pictures of the broken part. That’s all we need. We’ll get back to you within 2 business days!
Once your claim is approved, you can choose to have replacement parts shipped directly to you (shipping costs may apply) or get them fulfilled at no cost through any local dealer.

If you registered with a paper warranty card, please contact customer support to migrate your registration to the new system. You can check if you’re registered by starting a warranty claim with your email. If your email is recognized, it will show you an overview of all units registered to that email.
