Paternity Information
In Texas, Vital Statistics maintains the statewide Paternity Registry, Acknowledgement of Paternity (AOP) records, and reports of court cases affecting the Parent-Child relationship. The process to establish paternity is carried out by the Texas Attorney's General Office.
