I have an existing UOB card PIN. May I use it to set up my Secure PIN?

Certainly. You may use your existing UOB Debit or Credit Card PIN to set up the Secure PIN to authorise TMRW banking transactions.

I have signed into the UOB TMRW App for the first time and I am trying to set up my Secure PIN. However, I have not receive any SMS OTP despite trying a few times. Why is this so?

The SMS One-Time Password (OTP) may have been sent to any previous number already registered with UOB, prior to your application. Call the UOB Contact Center: 02-285-1555 for assistance

I want to change my username

You cannot change your username once that's been set up. However, if you forgot your username, please follow these steps to recover it:

What are the types of PINs used in UOB TMRW?

There are two types of PINs :

  1. Secure PIN: 6-digit PIN which is used for important or high value transactions, as well as to retrieve your username and/or password in case you forget them. You can even opt in to log in using it when you are setting up your Secure PIN.
  2. Card PIN: 4-digit PIN (Credit Card) or 6-digit PIN (Debit Card) which is used to withdraw cash at ATMs and to reset your Secure PIN or username/password.

Using UOB Cash Plus

How does UOB Cash Plus work?

UOB Cash Plus is a line of credit product which offers cash loan to customers with flexible payments and instalment repayment options. You can drawdown on your Cash Plus credit limit through UOB TMRW app and we will disburse your cash loan into your UOB savings account. You can also use your UOB Cash Plus card to withdraw cash from ATM and do 0% instalment plans up to 36 months at participating merchants.

How do I make a repayment?

Here’s how you can repay your UOB Cash Plus loans. Log into UOB TMRW and go to UOB Cash Plus account > tap "Make a repayment" > Choose account > Select amount > Choose payment date > Review all details and confirm. You can choose to pay minimum payment, due amount, or other preferred amount.

Why am I seeing UOB Cash Plus instead of TMRW Cash Plus as usual?

TMRW Cash Plus is changed to UOB Cash Plus now. You can still use your loan amount as usual. Also, you can use your UOB Cash Plus card to withdraw cash from ATM and do installment plan at participating merchants.

Tracking and Managing Expenses

Can I set a limit for my purchases?

Yes, you can! To set a limit, navigate to your desired card and tap on "Services". Under "Transaction limits", tap on "Set card spending limits". You can change your in store and online purchases limits by entering your desired limit amount and select "Confirm". Authenticate this change with your Secure PIN.

How do I check my balance on my TMRW Everyday Account?

Log in to UOB TMRW and view your TMRW Everyday Account balance. Tap on "TMRW Everyday Account" to view your recent transactions.

How do I view or download my statement?
  1. You can select menu "View eStatement" at the button of the "Transaction" tab screen to view your eStatement.For Android, Tap on the month of the statement you would like to view or download. Your statement will be downloaded into your device. For iOS, Tap on the month of the statement you would like to view and click on the share icon on the top right hand corner of the screen to download the statement to your device.
  2. You can unsubscribe paper statement at Services > Manage Statements > select the account you want to drop the paper statement.
  3. You can choose to get the statement notification via Email or SMS at Services > Statement Notifications.

However, eStatement is not available for passbook account and loan accounts.

What is Rewards+?

The wait is over! You can now search/ view/ redeem rewards, or pay your credit card transaction using your credit card points.

To use your coupon online, tap your coupon to get code. To use your coupon at the merchant, go to your coupon and tap "Use it now", and ask merchant for redemption code.

Can I redeem points using UOB TMRW App?

You can redeem rewards using your credit card points.

How can I do cash rebate?

To do cash rebate

Log into UOB TMRW > go to Rewards+ > scroll down to find and tap to select a cash rebate card > select credit card to redeem > review and swipe to confirm.

Cashback will be redeemed to your credit card within 3 business days.

Why do I need to register airline loyalty program membership? And how?

You can redeem mileague by logging into UOB TMRW > go to Rewards+ > travel icon > select your deal >select credit card to redeem > add quantity > review and swipe to confirm. You will need to register your loyalty program membership before your redeem your mileage.

Where can I see my previous redemption record?

To see your earned and redeemed points, Go to Rewards+ > My Rewards > select your credit card, coupon, or voucher > tap "history" at the top right corner.

How can I redeem gifts?

Go to Rewards+ > tap to select your merchandise > select credit card to redeem > add quantity > fill delivery address > review and swipe to confirm.

Merchandised will be delivered within 7 business days. The merchant will contact you with delivery details.

Can I pay my card transaction using credit card points?

You can pay your credit card transaction using your credit card point.

Go to credit card account > transaction tab > Pay with Points > select transaction(s) > swipe to confirm

The pay-with-points amount will deduct your balance payment immediately. But it might take 3 days to update the data in app. After you pay your transaction with points, you can pay your remaining balance as usual.

I will travel aboard soon, do you have overseas deals?

Search overseas deal easily by selecting country and the top right of "Rewards+" screen. Scroll down or choose category to view deals.

Can I transfer point to another credit card using UOB TMRW?/ How to transfer my credit card point to The1 point?

UOB rewards points cannot be transferred between UOB credit cards, but they can be redeemed for another loyalty program, such as The 1 point.

How long does it take to complete mileage redemption? Where can I check if it's completed?

Conversion of Rewards Points usually takes 5-15 days. Please check your frequency flyer or loyalty membership program for updates.

I don't have enough points, can I pay with my credit card too?

Sorry. You cannot pay the rest with your card if you don't have enough points.

I joined a marketing campaign and earned an e-voucher, will my voucher be in Rewards+ too?

Your coupon or voucher from other marketing campaign will not be in your "My Rewards".

My points are expired. Can I renew them?

Your points were expired already? Sorry to hear that. You can log into UOB TMRW and initiate a chat with our agent to get help on this.

I already redeem a coupon, but it's expired already. What should I do?

You haven't used your rewards? Please log into UOB TMRW and chat with us to help you on this.

Will a supplement card transaction gets points too?

Points earned from supplement card spending will be accumulated to the primary card.

How can I redeem reward from WOW 1 Baht or other marketing campaign?

What is preferred branch and how can I select it?

We suggest you choose a branch you'll visit most frequently. If you go to a branch in another region, your transactions may incur extra fees. You can choose the preferred branch one time only, you cannot change it later.

How long does it take to successfully open my TMRW Account?

That depends. To avoid delays, please verify your identity at any of our authentication points as soon as possible. We'll do various background checks after that, and inform you immediately once your account is successfully opened. We appreciate your patience on this.

I am an existing UOB customer. How do I apply for a TMRW Account?

Download the UOB TMRW App and tap "Start banking with UOB" followed by "Sign up" in the subsequent page. If you are an existing UOB customer. Your username and password remains the same as your UOB Personal Internet Banking.

I am having difficulties getting my income documents. What should I do?

That's OK. You can upload your documents at a later time, as long as it is within 14 days upon submission of your application.

I am new to UOB. How do I apply for the account?

Download the UOB TMRW App and tap "Start banking with UOB" and "Sign up" in the subsequent page to register for a new account.

I am new to TMRW. Why can't I apply for a TMRW Credit Card on its own?

To comply with regulations, you cannot apply for a TMRW Credit Card on its own if you are new to TMRW. If you want to apply for a TMRW Credit Card, sign up for a TMRW Account, not any other saving account types.

I have successfully opened a saving account, but got rejected for a Credit Card. Why is this so?

Both accounts have different eligibility requirements. Don't worry, you can get a Debit Card as part of successfully opening a Saving Account if you choose Debit Card during sign up.

If my application for UOB CashPlus is not approved, what do I do now?

Oh no, sorry to hear that your UOB CashPlus application is not approved at this time. Please try to reapply for UOB CashPlus at a later again after 3 months.

I just received my card. When will I receive my Card PIN?

You can set your unique Card PIN via UOB TMRW app.

Yes, there is. You may upload them within 14 days upon submission of your application. After that, it will automatically expire.

I've signed up for both a saving account and a credit card. My account application was rejected. What will happen to my credit card application?

You need to have saving account in order to apply for a credit card. Hence, if your saving account application is not successful, your credit card application cannot be approved.

My account is approved but I have not received my card.

What are the application requirements for a saving account?

The minimum eligibility requirements for opening a saving account are:

Age : You should be 20 years and above. Nationality : You are a Thai national and you are not born in the US nor a US resident. Income : If you are applying for a savings account only, there is no minimum income required. However, if you are interested in applying for a savings account and a credit card, then you are required to have a minimum income depends on the card you are applying.

  2. If you've never enrolled NDID or want to change the NDID provider, you can select the new provider and complete the NDID enrollment.
  3. Have the mobile app ready for identity authentication.

Can foreigner sign up TMRW using NDID?

At present, we do not offer this service. Customers can sign up other UOB products at our branches nationwide.

Can I register NDID to verify identity for other providers on the fly during sign up TMRW?

The providers list on the screen are the ones you are already enrolled NDID with. If you are not having one, tap below screen to see more eligible NDID providers that you have saving account.

Please login to the provider’s mobile application and check for the registration status, ensure that you have already applied for NDID, and all information is correct.

Does UOB TMRW provide NDID Registration service to verify identity for other providers?

At present, we do not offer NDID Registration service to verify identity for other providers. Customers may registered NDID with other providers or service provider and sign up using NDID that registered with other providers

How do I authenticate at a TMRW Kiosk?
  1. Once your application has been submitted, you are required to verify yourself with your ID card at the nearest kiosk to you.

  3. When you are at the kiosk, please tap on “Start” and insert your ID card into the card reader and tap “Scan”. Once completed, you will receive a notification from TMRW and be able to login,

  5. If you face any error, retry the authentication process. Otherwise, please visit the nearest UOB branch for us to assist with your authentication.

How do I log out of the TMRW App?

For security reasons, please log out after you complete your transactions. To Log out of the app, go to Profile icon > Log out.

I cannot cancel NDID authentication

You can cancel NDID authentication and change the authentication option up to 5 times. This problem may occur because you have exceeded the number of retries. For security reasons, we cannot proceed with the application. Don’t worry, you can restart your application again.

Is it possible to change authentication method from NDID to others?

Yes, UOB TMRW provide 2 options to authenticate which are 1) NDID and 2) Kiosk. If you change your mind after selecting NDID, you can change for 5 times at maximum.

Is there any time limit to complete authentication with NDID?

Yes, there is requirement for customers to complete authentication within 60 minutes.

My account just got approved. How do I login?

Here is how you do it:

  1. Open your UOB TMRW App, enter your mobile number and tap "Log in".
  2. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
  3. You will then see an on-screen message that your account is approved.
  4. Tap "Log in" and proceed to login with your username and password.
What is NDID (National Digital ID)?

NDID is a platform to provide identity authentication (eKYC) that allows customers to do 100% online transactions such as eOpen Accounts, Digital Lending. Customers can now sign up TMRW product and authenticate using NDID.

What is UOB TMRW sign up journey using NDID authentication?

How do I start investing?

You must have UOB mutual fund account and UOB savings account then you can register for UOB TMRW app. You need to be 20 years old and above to invest.

I'm not a Thailand citizen or PR. Can I invest?

Yes, foreigners can invest except for citizens or permanent residents of any US state or US territory.

How much do I need to start investing?

You can start with just THB 1 depending on each fund. Customer can buy SSF/RMF from UOBAM with UOB credit card with a minimum of THB 1,000.

The dividend share class fund will have a regular payout for onshore funds. The dividend will be credited to your UOB savings or current account that is linked to your mutual fund account. While dividend share class funds for offshore fund will be reinvested into money market fund in the same currency with offshore dividend share class funds (USD or EUR).

Will I get investment updates?

I don't want to sell/redeem the full amount of my fund investments. Am I allowed to sell/redeem part of it?

Yes, you can sell/redeem the fund in full amount or partially. For partial redemptions, you must meet the minimum redemption requirement and maintain a minimum holding based on each fund's requirement. By doing the redemption in amount, the value you inputted is an estimated amount. The confirmed amount you eventually get may be different depending on the Fund's NAV.You should always refer to the prospectus of your fund holding for the minimum holding requirement.
Before selling your investment units in RMF, SSF, SSFX or LTF, you will need to take a short questionnaire on tax-deductible funds. This is to ensure that you have read and understood the investment conditions, breaches of investment conditions and tax benefits before proceeding.
For tax-deductible funds, your redemption transaction will be unsuccessful if the transaction is submitted after the cut off time of the transaction effective date or on Fund Holiday.

You will receive a confirmation letter for every successful transaction. You can view the status of your orders via UOB TMRW app. It takes 3-5 business days, depending on each mutual fund that detail is stated in prospectus.

How do I make changes to my scheduled monthly investment?

To make changes, follow these steps:

  1. Tap on Wealth - select 'Your transactions' under 'Mutual funds'. Look under 'Scheduled' section for the active monthly investment.
  2. Tap on 'Manage' on the active monthly investment card that you want to change.
  3. Input 'Amount per month', 'Number of months' or 'Start date' (if yet to start).
  4. Tap on 'Save'.
  5. Swipe from left to right to confirm the changes.

Updates will be applied to your next scheduled transaction. If your transaction is scheduled on the day of change of the scheduled monthly investment, the original amount may still be debited.

I changed my mind and would like to cancel the buy transaction that I have submitted yesterday. How can I cancel the buy transaction?

You can't cancel mutual fund transaction that placed via UOB TMRW.

You can only cancel buy transaction at any UOB branch before the cut off time of the transaction effective date, subjected to fund house approval.
Once a cancellation has been made successful, the money will be credited to your UOB account immediately

I have submitted my transaction a few days ago, but my holdings is still not reflecting it. Why?

If your buy and sell transactions were made on a fund trading day, they will be updated within 3 business days. For switch transactions, it will be take up to 6 business days.

What are the fees for investing in mutual funds via UOB TMRW?

Investors will only be required to pay the fee charge for some funds stated by Asset Management Company as mentioned in the fund prospectus.

Do I need to pay a platform fee when I invest via UOB TMRW?

There is no annual platform fee.

Besides the sales charge, are there any other relevant fees for my investment?

Besides the sales charge that is charged upfront at subscription, the asset manager of the fund will also charge an Annual Management Fee for managing the fund.
Other fees include administrative costs of maintaining the fund such as custodian, trustee and accounting fees.
These fees would be deducted from your fund’s Net Asset Value (NAV) and of no additional cost to you.
You should always refer to the prospectus of the mutual fund available from the fund managers or its distributors, to understand the type of fees charged and the amount of fees payable.

Are the returns guaranteed?

Will the investment value list displayed on Wealth Portfolio View show the profit/loss on the investment?

You can view profit and loss estimates from the UOB TMRW at Wealth Portfolio View, tapping ">" at Investments. The profit and loss will be displayed in both amount (THB) and percentage (%) since the beginning of investment.

Will the UOB TMRW 's Wealth Portfolio View feature be able to show the number of other banks that a customer has invested in for mutual funds, or will it only display information for UOB investments?

Wealth Portfolio View feature will only display information for mutual funds that are held within UOB accounts. It will not show information about mutual funds that a customer may have invested in through other banks or financial institutions. This means that customers who have invested in mutual funds with other banks will need to consult those banks directly for information about those investments.

Why is the name of the fund in investment value screen different from that is found in a Fund Code seen in UOBAM's or Streaming Fund+?

UOB TMRW will display the English name of the normal fund and the tax deduction fund in the same name. The bank's system will separate the mentioned funds, with Tagged stating the word Tax-deductible in order to specify that it is a LTF, SSF, or RMF fund at the fund detail screen. The UOB TMRW system combines funds with the same name to allow clients to see the total amount invested in that fund in the total investment value screen. There is a separate detail to show amount of investment you have for each account on the fund details screen.

I successfully sold mutual funds and the units have been allocated for resale. When will I receive the resale money?

Proceeds from the redemption of investment units will be returned to investors at different timeline depending on the funds. Some funds will be returned on the same day that the unit allocation is completed. Some funds will be returned later than the successful allocation date. You can check the date of refund from the Fund Fact Sheet.

I successfully sold mutual funds and the units have been allocated for resale, but why I did not receive the redemption proceeds?

Asset management company or the bank will transfer the money of the redemption to the bank account specified by the customer to receive the redemption money. This may be a savings account of another bank; therefore, please contact the officer to check the details of the deposit account used to receive the redemption money.

I successfully sold mutual funds and the units have been allocated for resale. However, I did not receive the redemption proceeds. Is it due to the closure of the deposit account?

If the customer closes the deposit account used to receive the sale proceeds back, the asset management company or the bank will issue a cash check to the customer at the address that the customer has given to the asset management company. In case the check is lost, customer can contact the asset management company to request the issuance of a new cash check.

When will Wealth Portfolio View feature update the total asset value if a customer buys mutual funds?

The total asset value shown in Wealth Portfolio View feature will be updated after the allotment of the mutual funds. The timeline of allotment will depend on individual funds and can be found in Fund Factsheet.

Why is the net asset value displayed on the UOB TMRW different from that shown in Asset Management Companies?

The net asset value displayed on the UOB TMRW is updated every day at 9:00 AM for UOB Thailand. This may cause a difference in the net asset value displayed on the UOB TMRW compared to that shown in Asset Management Companies at other times of the day.
